The match factory:
In 1868, the merchant Shlomo Jankelevich Zaks( Sachs) ' 1842- 1902)
established a
match factory, situated between Shosseinaya st and the Orthodox cemetery.
It
was one of the largest enterprises in the
city.
The factory employed 700 workers. Source(

F/D means: Divorced woman

According to the 1897 census, 630 men and women worked at the match
factory in 1896
