Musia Dobrin lives in Israel.  She told her Granddaughter an unbelievable story about her escape from the Germans on 1941 and about the fate of her sister Perl and her husband Rafael Usdin.
Musia and her sister Perl with husband Rafael Usdin were sitting on a train from at the central railway station at Riga .
Suddenly a person announced that each person who will live Riga by the train will loose his job.
Rafael and his new wife have decided to get out from the train and stayed at Riga, and latter were murdered by the Germans.
Musia continued to sit at the train and fled from Riga and by this survived.
She can’t forgive herself even today, why she let them live the train by the false announcement of “loosing jobs”.

Rafael and his wife lived in ghetto during the war. He worked at Olaine Torfwerk. He was still alive on April 21, 1943.( Source: House register, List of inhabitants for 1939, List of peatfactory workers for 1943)

Rafael and Perl were killed.
